Why accepting your current life situation will give you peace and allow you to stay present in the moment so you can find joy and happiness no matter how close or how far you feel you are from achieving your goals and dreams. Why worrying about the future and being fearful and focused on what may or may not happen prevents you from enjoying your life.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss six emails from six different viewers who are struggling with accepting their situation in life. They tend to focus on things being worse than they really are, instead of accepting their life conditions and being grateful for the successes they are having.
One viewer is in college and trying to improve his social skills. Two of the viewers are hanging out, having fun and hooking up with women they like, but because they don’t feel good about where the relationship is at or their living conditions are not ideal, they are creating unnecessary problems for themselves.

“Life is a journey that is meant to by enjoyed and cherished. When you stay present in the current moment instead of being fearful about the future and what may or may not happen, you enable yourself to find joy in your current situation. When we want reality to be other than it is, we become unable to accept ourselves and our life situation causing us to suffer and experience unhappiness. The more you can accept the things you can’t instantly change in your life, the more you will be able to experience the beauty of what is. Besides, the only moment that exists is the now. Embrace it. Enjoy it. What you focus on will expand.” ~ Coach Corey Wayne
