
How 3% Man can help you to avoid bad women & attract good ones for healthy relationships.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who shares a success story of how he used 3% Man, to determine that a female coworker was difficult, structured and negative after only 3 dates. The book brought out the worst side of her really fast so he could drop her before getting attached. He’s in a healthy relationship today with a woman from a good family who loves her dad. My comments are in bold italics like this below in the body of his email.
Hi, I’m Coach Corey Wayne and this is my Video Coaching Newsletter. And the topic of today’s Newsletter is going to be, “How 3% Man Can Help You Avoid Bad Women & Attract The Good Ones!”.
So this particular email is a success story of how he used 3% Man to weed out a bad woman that was a coworker. She was definitely structured. Looks like she was kind of negative and pessimistic. They only had three dates, but it’s like he asked her out that first time when they were still working together, and she just basically blew him off and said, “No.” And so he never brought it up again.
And then when he was leaving and going to, I guess, a different hospital, I think he works in healthcare, if I’m not mistaken, or he was going to a new job, he had like a goodbye party and she came and later told him that she liked him. And so he’s like, “Oh, well.” He asked her out and they had three dates. And you’ll see that the book did a really good job of bringing out the worst in her right away. So what do I always say? Flexible. Easygoing, easy to get along with. A giver. She’s nice to you. She communicates like an adult.
She’s got a good attitude. She’s positive, bubbly, happy, loves her father. Admires her father, respects her father, comes from a good home. If you’re looking for marriage or a long term relationship, ideally you need a woman that came from a good home, that was raised right by her father. Because when dad’s not around, there’s just too much hoe like behavior that happens. Because the woman basically gets raised by society and that’s not good.
She gets raised by the collective, which tends to be Marxist in nature and not individualist like the family unit is, where everyone is special. And the Collective, you’re a fucking disposable drone. Marxism. Collectivism. Socialism. You’re a fucking drone. That’s why the body count is over 150 million. Because people don’t comply. They just get eliminated or they get their organs harvested. But in Individualism, the individual is supreme.

I mean, it’s the Constitution says in the second line of the Declaration of Independence, which is our founding document number one of our Democratic Constitutional Republic. We’re not a Democracy by the way. And when people scream, “We’re saving Democracy.” It’s like they’re fucking Communists. We’re not a fucking Democracy. Never have been.
And so the second line of the Declaration of Independence says, “all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights”, which mean they cannot be separated from you by their Creator. “that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” So our founding document, right in line number two, says, there’s a Creator, and our Creator gave us these rights. “We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness”.
And therefore the Constitution is written legal evidence to this. In other words, the Constitution protects the individual from the Collectivist Government. It protects from the hordes and is designed to protect the minority. Which the Collectivists really don’t get. Even though they claim that they’re looking out for victims. In reality everybody becomes a victim and everybody suffers equally. I mean, just look what happened in Venezuela.
One third of their fucking population fled Venezuela because of the Communists. And we just took out Maduro. Everybody I know that served in the Military, past and present, it’s like they fucking love it. They’re so proud of the whole mission and how well it came off. So when things are done right, they look great. I’m sure that will upset some of the leftists that are following me, but I don’t give a shit because leftism is a fucking mental disease.
You want the government to be your mommy, you don’t want responsibility for your own life. We’re all about self-reliance here. So anyways, back to our success story here on how he decided to blow this girl off. And then, you know, in the end, he’s in a really good, healthy relationship.
But it’s another good email about vetting.

Hi Corey,
I’d like to share a success story about how I ultimately dodged a bullet by applying your work. In December 2023, I asked a 29-year-old surgeon colleague from work out. She declined. I accepted the rejection, stayed professional, and did not pursue her further. Around that time, I began reading the book.
You can take your deer antler over here. One of the puppies are chewing a deer antler. They really love those things by the way. So.
Around that time, I began reading the book. In June 2024, as I was leaving the department, I invited colleagues to a farewell party. At the party, she approached me on her own, told me she liked me, gave me a small gift, and I kissed her. I invited her on a date, which she eagerly accepted.
Isn’t that unusual? Maybe her attitude is, “I don’t date co-workers.” But now since he’s no longer going to be a coworker, she’s like, “I already liked you.” At the end of the day, she was holding back. That’s what structured women do. She wasn’t acting natural. Or maybe her interest crept up on her over time. That’s possible too. But unless you get an enthusiastic “Hell yeah, I’d love to go out with you.” Then it’s like, eh.
The next day, she asked to stay friends and said that she was seeing another guy. I told her I wouldn’t be a friend or a backup option. I did not pursue her after that.
Huh. Interesting. I’d like to just stay friends. Let’s be friends first. And then maybe a relationship later. It’s like, no. Not doing that. And you shouldn’t be kissing me when you have a fucking boyfriend. So right off the bat there, fun and fucking not a relationship.
In October 2024.
So when did he leave? Did he say? June. So a few months later.

We matched on Hinge. She said she had ended things with that guy. I invited her on a date, which she accepted. We went on three dates. I arranged one date per week. I used the phone only for setting dates, no discussion of the future or the past, fun conversation, and multiple venues. I invited her to my place by the end of the dates after making out, but she declined.
Again. Why? Because she’s structured. You’ve got to jump through your butt in all these hoops, and then maybe she’ll let you plow her strawberry fields.
On the dates, she talked approximately 80% of the time. I listened and asked questions. She appeared tense and reserved at the beginning and relaxed only toward the end.
So it took a while for her to open up and relax again. Structured. Got a broomstick handle stuck up her ass.
She texted saying she had a “lovely time” after the dates.
Guess the puppies disagree.
She said her parents divorced when she was five, her father died when she was ten, she chose surgery to honor him, and she keeps his photo as her phone background.
So she obviously loved her dad, but he died, quite frankly, before she was old enough to be taught right from wrong. And so she basically became a man to survive.
She said her brother is a difficult man. She described her life as boring.
Oh, sign me up. I want to go out with a girl who thinks her life is boring.
And her previous relationships as full of drama.
Oh, another red flag.
On the first date, she said, “I hope you won’t break my heart.” Several days after the second date, I asked her out on the third date. She left my message on read for six days.
That’s not a good sign.

I never double-texted. Eventually, she reached back out to me, and I set up the third date. We went out and she rejected me mid-date and listed the following reasons.
So she goes on a date just to go, up yours, motherfucker.
“I don’t like that I don’t know much about you.”
Well, if you wanted to know more, you could have asked.
“I don’t like that you took me to many different places.”
Let’s roll the tape back a little bit. What did she say? “She had a lovely time after the dates.” Remember, this chick just got pissed off. Remember, she’s structured. He didn’t match her unreasonable expectations that she clearly never informed him of. And so she goes out on a third date just to go, fuck you, and reject him on the date.
“You got me drunk.”
“My best first date was when we sat and talked for four hours.”
Here’s another deal breaker.
She also slapped my arm in irritation.
So she physically hit him when she got mad. She’s cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. Goodbye. You lose.
Her body language was closed off. I ended the date immediately and left. That night, I sent one final polite message.
I don’t know why. I would have been like, “Well, it’s been real. See you later.” I would have never spoken to her again. You’re too fucking nice, dude.
That night, I sent one final polite message wishing her well due to our professional history. She never replied. I never contacted her again and later blocked her.
Good for you.

Today, I’m in a stable, healthy relationship with a woman from a loving family who loved her dad. I still read your book every several months, 20 times overall.

Well Bob, you definitely dodged a bullet because what a jackass. So after the second date, she clearly got pissed off, left you hanging for a whole week, agrees to a third date just so she could be a cunt to you in the middle of the date. What a fucking asshole. What an insufferable cunt. She can go on down the road. And congratulations on your new relationship. It’s like night and day. You got a broken home girl and you’ve got a girl that comes from a good family and loves her dad.
And she’s easygoing, easy to get along with, stable, healthy. It’s just easy and effortless. No bullshit. If you take a step back, though, and you go to the very beginning, remember when he first asked her out? She’s like, “No.” And then she hung out. “Oh, I like you.” He asked her out and she’s like, “Oh, by the way, I’m seeing somebody. We can be friends though.” And he’s like, eh. So it’s twice, two rejections. Third one’s on Hinge. He sees her on Hinge and she’s like, “Oh, I’m not with that guy. We can go on a date.”
She says she has a lovely time. And then on the third date, she goes psycho. Why? Because she’s nuts. She’s probably on some kind of psychotropic drugs, which, you know, I saw that it’s like one out of every three women that is on the left has mental health issues. Isn’t that interesting? It’s like all the feminists, all the woke idiots. They all gravitate left because they didn’t have daddy. The state’s got to be daddy. Look at all the those idiots that voted for Mamdani in New York and they closed down Times Square to, have to pray in the street and, you know, nothing but Muslim men. I didn’t see any women in it. So we have to assume it’s the Ikhwan version of Islam that they’re preaching.

And so he’s one of those guys just like in Iran. He’s a Muslim and uses the Collectivism and Socialism to pull gullible people from the West into his little umbrella. And in reality, he’s an Islamist in a nice suit with a nice smile. In reality, he’s a trust fund baby that wants to put his boot on your neck and tell you how to live your life. It’s just like Friedrich Engel and Karl Marx. They’re all a bunch of fucking spoiled kids that came from money. Bitter trust fund babies that wanted to rule. And have so far to date gotten 150 million people killed. But their stupid collectivist ideology. That’s interesting.
