How To Maintain Your Ideal Weight

The key to maintaining your ideal weight naturally is by ensuring that your body gets the proper amount of alkaline water, green vegetables, protein, carbohydrates and exercise.

Our bodies are alkaline by design, and acid by function. The cells of our body were designed to thrive in an alkaline environment. However, the very act of living, breathing, moving and metabolizing food produces acid waste. This waste must be neutralized by properly ionized and pH balanced water, as well as the natural buffers and minerals found in green vegetables (primarily green leafy vegetables such as collard greens, lacinato kale, spinach, wheatgrass, parsley, etc.) that neutralize metabolic acids and waste products so they can be safely eliminated by the body.

When your body does not get enough oxygen, the proper nutrients or enough alkaline water to wash away metabolic wastes and acids, it must bind up these toxins and acids with fat. This fat which is full of toxins and wastes, gets parked throughout your body’s tissues until your body gets enough ionized and high pH (9.5) water, along with the buffers and minerals found in green vegetables to safely neutralize and move them out of the body. Unfortunately for 99.9% of most human beings, their bodies never get what they need to keep the body’s cells and tissues alkaline and healthy. Therefore, as they age their bodies continually accumulate toxins, pesticides, chemicals, food preservative’s, drugs, etc. that are contained in the food and beverages they consume. Their diet tends to consist of 95% acid forming foods (proteins, sugars, carbohydrates) instead of 80% alkaline forming foods (ionized and highly alkaline pH balanced water, green leafy vegetables, green vegetables, grasses).

You are literally what you do not get rid of. All of the toxins and acids that your body parks in its tissues are slowly killing you and speeding up the aging process and break down of your body. Human beings should literally be living for hundreds of years. Unfortunately for most of us, and that includes even the most fittest professional athletes, we are literally eating ourselves to death and slowly rotting from the inside out. Because of the level of toxicity and inner pollution of our bodies inner terrain and bodily fluids, we are losing the vibrant and healthy beauty of our youth decades way too early. Having an unhealthy body severely degrades and debilitates our quality of life and our ability to take advantage of all of the wonderful gifts, pleasures and fruits of this planetary paradise we all live in.

If your body’s cells get the proper nutrients, plenty of oxygen and it’s metabolic acids and wastes are quickly and completely neutralized and eliminated, your body will maintain its ideal weight naturally without having to count calories or watch what you eat. Why? Because not only will you see the results in the mirror, but you will feel them in your body. Nothing tastes as good as healthy and energetic feels. You are what you eat. You also are what you don’t get rid of.
