How to get to a place in your life where you are at peace with who you are, and you love and accept yourself unconditionally. Why becoming comfortable in your own skin and falling in love with yourself and your life, will enable you to attract the lovers you want and the life and lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a coaching client of mine who I have not heard from in the past year and a half. He’s an Iraq War Army Veteran who was wounded in combat. I started coaching him a few years ago after he got out of the Army. I helped him discover what his driving force in life was, as well as helping him fine tune his pickup, dating and relationship game. He went from not being comfortable enough to talk to women, to having women thank him for being so different and refreshing than most other men they encounter. He gives a status update on all of the great things he now has going on in his life and what he has learned about himself.
If you have a question you would like me to consider answering in a future Video Coaching Newsletter, you can send it (3-4 paragraphs/500 words max) to this email address: Questions@UnderstandingRelationships.com

“Life becomes easy and effortless once we learn to love and accept ourselves unconditionally. You should have positive expectation that your actions and efforts will eventually lead to the creation and manifestation of the life you’ve always dreamed of. When you are at peace with yourself, you value yourself, you love yourself and you see yourself as a gift, you will act and speak in ways that are congruent with those truths. You will also reject and move away from circumstances and people who are not aligned with your own internal truth. You will no longer care what other people think about you or how they think you should be living your life. Why? Because you live to make yourself happy first, since you see yourself as a complete person who lacks nothing, and therefore, you don’t try to live your life according to other people’s expectations. Besides, no one else can really know why you want what you want, or your motivation and reasons why you want it. After all… it’s YOUR truth and YOUR life!” ~ Coach Corey Wayne
