In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who works with his girlfriend. He likes her way more than she likes him. He over-invests in her and ignores the fact she doesn’t reciprocate the same effort. He just gets mad she doesn’t meet his expectations. This has created resentment in him towards her. She sees his behavior as jealous and insecure.
