Focusing on your diet, weight training, cardio exercise & your frame is not optional, but essential for your overall health, well being & long term happiness. When you walk around in public, it should be obvious to you if you pay attention, that most people are incredibly unhealthy, make poor dietary choices and take better care of their cars than they do of their body. You should always consult with your doctor before beginning or modifying your diet or starting an exercise program. I’ve learned from the best doctors and experts in the world how to take proper care of my body. When you see your own living blood under a microscope it can be very enlightening and sobering! I have been physically active in sports, exercise, running, training, weight lifting, etc. for most of my life. When I was younger I suffered tremendously with hayfever, constipation, colds, runny nose, aches, pains, allergies, excess weight, skin rashes and poor eyesight.
I no longer suffer from the symptoms I mentioned in the previous paragraph. Over the past three decades by the consistent application of and focus on improving exercise routines, weight training, dietary modifications and cutting-edge chiropractic care, I’ve completely eliminated all of the symptoms that used to totally ruin the quality of my life. When you become sick it affects your ability to concentrate, work and be productive in your life. It’s hard to be happy when you feel like shit! it’s hard to feel excited about your life on a date with a great girl, when physically you feel like you have no energy. I know what it’s like to have health, and I know what it’s like to be miserable and suffer from debilitating symptoms. I remember spending hundreds of days of my life trying to fight back the avalanche of snot that was trying to pour out of my nose during one of the countless episodes of hay fever, allergies or being sick with the common cold I suffered through for almost 3 decades of my life. I can’t tell you how amazing it feels to be able to breathe through both of my nostrils, when most of my life one or both of them were firmly closed shut. It’s amazing to be able to get by on five or six hours of sleep at times, but yet still wake up feeling refreshed and vibrant when most people feel lethargic and tired even after getting eight or 10 hours of sleep.
How I do it? Success rituals and a relentless daily focus on trying to be a little better and a little healthier than I was the day before. Sometimes it’s a daily grind. But every day my goal is to drink 3 to 4 glasses of healthy green vegetable juice per day, Udo’s Oil (1 tablespoon for every 50 pounds of body weight), five days of weight training for 15 to 30 minutes each session, 3 to 4 long 40 minute outdoor running sessions for cardio and 1 to 2 appointments of network chiropractic adjustment per week. The bottom line? When I fail to reach my weekly goals with each of the before mentioned health rituals, my mental clarity, energy, softness of my skin, clarity of my eyesight and overall sense of well-being suffers noticeably!
So if you want to be at your best personally, you must focus on taking care of this magnificent Divine organic machine that the Lord has given you to experience life and all of its most magnificent blessings.
